- Include your account email if the issue concerns your account.
- For a technical issue, include your Android version and app version if known.
- Only include a screenshot after hiding baby details, email addresses and other private content.
Never send passwords, verification codes, payment-card details or unnecessary baby health records.
Report community content
Use the post or comment’s options in the app to report content or block an account. If you cannot access the app, email us with enough non-sensitive information to locate the content. A report is reviewed by the operator and does not guarantee removal.
